Q4 Results
The company’s net profit grew 222% to Rs 11.44 crores ($1.6 million) for the period ended March 31, 2021 as against a net loss of Rs 9.39 crores ($1.3 million) for the period ended March 31, 2020.
Net sales grew by 44% to Rs 38.15 crores ($5.2 million) during the period ended March 31, 2021 as compared to Rs 26.58 crores ($3.6 million) during the period ended March 31, 2020.
Full-Year Results
For the full-year period ended March 31, 2021, the company’s net profit increased by 9% to Rs 15.93 crores ($2.2 million) as against Rs 14.65 crores ($2 million) for the full-year period ended March 31, 2020.
The company’s net sales saw slight decline of 0.1% to Rs 107.96 crores ($14.8 million) during the full-year period ended March 31, 2021 as compared to Rs 108.02 crores ($14.8 million) during the full-year period end-ed March 31, 2020.
The company is primarily engaged in manufacturing of chemical intermediates, heavy organic chemicals and performance chemicals.
