India’s Vidhi Specialty Food Ingredients Reports 18% Net Profit Growth for Q4 FY20-21

Vidhi Specialty Food Ingredients Ltd, a food colorants manufacturer based in India announced its results for the final quarter & year ended March 31, 2021.

Q4 Results

The company’s net profit grew 18% to Rs 11.85 ($1.6 million) for the period ended March 31, 2021 as against a net loss of Rs 10.05 crores ($1.4 million) for the period ended March 31, 2020.

Net sales grew by 51% to Rs 98.36 crores ($13.5 million) during the period ended March 31, 2021 as compared to Rs 65.34 crores ($9 million) during the period ended March 31, 2020.

Full-Year Results

For the full-year period ended March 31, 2021, the company’s net profit increased by 8% to Rs 36.55 crores ($5 million) as against Rs 33.92 crores ($4.7 million) for the full-year period ended March 31, 2020.

The company’s net sales grew 19% to Rs 268 crores ($36.7 million) during the full-year period ended March 31, 2021 as compared to Rs 225.26 crores ($30.9 million) during the full-year period end-ed March 31, 2020.

The company is primarily engaged in manufacturing and trading of food colors and chemicals.
