India’s Privi Speciality Chemicals Reports 50% Decline in Net Profit for Q4 FY22

Privi Speciality Chemicals Ltd., a specialty chemicals manufacturer based in India has reported financial results for the period ended March 31, 2022.

Q4 Results

The company’s net profit declined by 50% to Rs 299.14 million for the period ended March 31, 2022 as against Rs 598.6 million for the period ended March 31, 2021.

Net sales increased by 7.8% to Rs 3.85 billion during the period ended March 31, 2022 as compared to Rs 3.57 billion during the period ended March 31, 2021.

Full-Year Results

The company’s net profit decreased by 16.7% to Rs 973.79 million for the full-year period ended March 31, 2022 as against Rs 1.16 billion for the full-year period ended March 31, 2021.

The company has reported net sales of Rs 14.36 billion during the full-year period ended March 31, 2022, an increase of 10.7% as compared to Rs 12.96 billion during the full-year period ended March 31, 2021.

The company has reported EPS of Rs 24.93 for the full-year period ended March 31, 2022 as compared to Rs 29.93 for the full-year period ended March 31, 2021.

Privi Speciality Chemicals Ltd is mainly engaged in the business of manufacture and selling of aroma and fragrance chemicals.
