India’s DCM Shriram Reports 73.5% Growth in Net Profit for Q4 FY22

DCM Shriram Ltd., a chemicals manufacturer based in India has reported financial results for the period ended March 31, 2022.

Q4 Results

The company’s net profit grew by 73.5% to Rs 4.01 billion for the period ended March 31, 2022 as against Rs 2.31 billion for the period ended March 31, 2021.

Net sales increased by 30.6% to Rs 29.01 billion during the period ended March 31, 2022 as compared to Rs 22.21 billion during the period ended March 31, 2021.

Full-Year Results

The company’s net profit increased by 58.6% to Rs 10.66 billion for the full-year period ended March 31, 2022 as against Rs 6.72 billion for the full-year period ended March 31, 2021.

The company has reported net sales of Rs 99.41 billion during the full-year period ended March 31, 2022, an increase of 18.4% as compared to Rs 84 billion during the full-year period ended March 31, 2021.

The company has reported EPS of Rs 68.45 for the full-year period ended March 31, 2022 as compared to Rs 43.17 for the full-year period ended March 31, 2021.

DCM Shriram Ltd is mainly engaged in the business of manufacture and selling of Caustic Soda, Chlorine, Calcium Carbide, PVC resins, PVC Compounds, Power and Cement.
