Transpek Industry Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the company had, at its meeting held on September 22, 2021, approved the appointment of Avtar Singh as a Whole-time Director of the Company designated as Joint Managing Director.
The appointment is for a period of 5 years with effect from October 1, 2021.
