India’s SRF Reports 59% Net Profit Growth for Q4 FY22

SRF Ltd., a chemicals manufacturer based in India has reported financial results for the period ended March 31, 2022.

Q4 Results

The company’s net profit grew by 59% to Rs 6.05 billion for the period ended March 31, 2022 as against Rs 3.81 billion for the period ended March 31, 2021.

Net sales increased by 35.7% to Rs 35.56 billion during the period ended March 31, 2022 as compared to Rs 26.20 billion during the period ended March 31, 2021.

Full-Year Results

The company’s net profit increased by 57.7% to Rs 18.89 billion for the full-year period ended March 31, 2022 as against Rs 11.98 billion for the full-year period ended March 31, 2021.

The company has reported net sales of Rs 124.76 billion during the full-year period ended March 31, 2022, an increase of 47.6% as compared to Rs 84.54 billion during the full-year period ended March 31, 2021.

The company has reported EPS of Rs 63.75 for the full-year period ended March 31, 2022 as compared to Rs 40.57 for the full-year period ended March 31, 2021.

SRF Ltd is mainly engaged in the business of manufacture and selling of Technical Textiles, Fluorochemicals, Specialty Chemicals, Packaging Films and Engineering Plastics.

New Agrochemicals Plant in Dahej

The Board of Directors of SRF Limited at its meeting held on May 09, 2022 has approved project for dedicated facilities to produce intermediates for Agrochemicals in the New Plant Structure at Dahej at a cost of Rs 1.15 billion.
