India’s Indo Amines Reports 37.9% Decline in YoY Net Profit for Q2FY22

Indo Amines Ltd., a chemicals manufacturer based in India announced its results for the second quarter ended September 30, 2021.

Q2 Results- QoQ

The company’s net profit declined 44.7% to Rs 39.39 million for the period ended September 30, 2021 as against net profit of Rs 71.28 million for the previous quarter.

Net sales increased 2.5% to Rs 1.85 billion during the period ended September 30, 2021 as compared to Rs 1.81 billion during the previous quarter.

Q2 Results- YoY

The company’s net profit declined 37.9% to Rs 39.39 million for the period ended September 30, 2021 as against net profit of Rs 63.44 billion for the previous quarter.

Net sales increased 34.4% to Rs 1.85 billion during the period ended September 30, 2021 as compared to Rs 1.38 billion during the previous quarter.

Half-Year Results- YoY

The company’s net profit grew 20.3% to Rs 110.68 million for the 6 months period ended September 30, 2021 as against net profit of Rs 91.98 million for the prior-year 6 months period.

Net sales increased 50.2% to Rs 3.66 billion during the 6 months period ended September 30, 2021 as compared to Rs 2.44 billion during the prior-year 6 months period.

Indo Amines Ltd is engaged in the business of manufacture and selling fine chemicals such as aliphatic amines, alcohols, nitriles etc; specialty chemicals such as fatty acids, fatty amines etc and performance chemicals.
