India’s Deepak Nitrite Ltd Reports 22.5% Decline in YoY Net Profit for Q1 FY23

Deepak Nitrite Limited., a specialty chemical manufacturer based in India announced its results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2022.

Q1 Results- QoQ

The company’s net profit declined 12.2% to Rs 2.34 billion for the period ended June 30, 2022 as against net profit of Rs 2.67 billion for the previous quarter.

Net sales increased 10.2% to Rs 20.67 billion during the period ended June 30, 2022 as com-pared to Rs 18.75 billion during the previous quarter.

Q1 Results- YoY

The company’s net profit dropped 22.5% to Rs 2.34 billion for the period ended June 30, 2022 as against net profit of Rs 3.02 billion for the prior-year quarter.

Net sales increased 34.7% to Rs 20.67 billion during the period ended June 30, 2022 as com-pared to Rs 15.34 billion during the prior-year quarter.
