Fine Organic Industries Starts Operations at New Facility in India

Fine Organic Industries informed that new manufacturing facility situated at Additional MIDC Patalganga, Maharashtra has started its operations from 25 November 2020.

Fine Organic Industries earlier announced expansion of its production capacity by 10,000 tonnes per annum each at its Patalganga, Maharashtra and Leipzig, Germany manufacturing units taking the overall capacity to 121,300 tonnes per annum.

This new complex will cater Fine Organics’ range of polymer additives to its growing customer base in India and abroad. The manufactured range will have expanded capacities of its various polymer additives including slip additives.

It also announced the establishment of a new production facility in Leipzig, Germany, with an initial planned capacity of 10,000 tonnes per annum. This facility will be owned and operated by a joint venture company where Fine Organic Industries will have shareholding of 50%.

The company’s other existing capacities include – Ambernath facility with 57,700 tonnes per annum capacity, Badlapur facility with 6,400 tonnes per annum capacity and the Dombivili with 8,400 tonnes per annum capacity. 

Fine Organic Industries is engaged in the manufacturing of oleochemical additives for various end-user industries such as foods, plastics, rubbers, paints, inks, cosmetics, coatings, textile auxiliaries, lubes etc.
